This simple whois function queries an available site for IP numbers and returns the organisation owning that IP number. With a slight change of the code, other items e.g. the country can be found   Code: ASP 3.0 & VBScript

You don't need any Component. You can learn who is the registrant of Domain Name with XMLHTTP. Only required install Microsoft.XMLHTTP to your server. I adapted for <b>Brazilian Protuguese</b> Domains.   Code: ASP 3.0
